DESCRIPTION
Thread sealant are anaerobic adhesives which cures in absence of air and in presence of metals. They are primarily thicksotropic adhesives which fills the gap between the threads and gives sealing to the leakage of fluids. There are various thread sealant adhesive grades available, selection of which depends on the fluid in contact, temperature conditions, pressure, metal of the threaded joints, area available for sealing, gap between the threads.
